PAYMENT POLICY receipt of payment secures your session and must be paid prior to scheduling. Once payment has been received, release forms will be emailed if appropriate. Payment for future sessions may be by cash, check, or venmo. All changes to currently scheduled appointments must be received 48-business hours=2-full business days prior to said appointment. You will be charged the full session cost for a no-show. A one-time change is allowed with sufficient notice. Wendy reserves the right to charge for the session if there is not sufficient notice. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being scheduled into that time slot and you will be charged the value of the session if Wendy is unable to fill that time slot. By scheduling an appointment you accept and understand this policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY there are no refunds. You can apply the cost towards a gift certificate, other services rendered, or a one-time change made within 48-business hours of scheduled appointment a $25 inconvenience fee plus any increase in price may apply.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY there are no refunds. All gift certificates a year old or older may be redeemed for the monetary value toward any service at current market rate.
